Library Bookbinding approaches the trade from a librarian's perspective of saving money by preparing the collection of books for a long public life. The book is well illustrated in a chapter on stitching signatures together, but has few other illustrations. Several chapters are devoted to the management of a library collection and how to efficiently keep it in good condition. Contains an excellent glossary. The wire binding allows it to sit flat on a workbench while being used.
