Many of the issues raised by Abram Lewis in Paganism Surviving in Christianity are still relevant today, especially when we examine how far Christendom has slipped in the arms of the world. Lewis was a professor in the Seventh Day Adventist Church, and one of the aims of his book is to uphold the sabbath by building a case for the pagan origins of Sunday worship. While many people may not agree with his arguments for this, many chapters clearly define how early Christianity was corrupted by the pagan thoughts and lifestyle of the day, and how Christians were duped into abandoning the purity of gospel preached by the Apostles. We have added a chapter to counter some of his claims about keeping the sabbath.

This is another controversial title in our collection, which we believe deserves to be preserved for a new generation of readers seeking the truth.
